Platforms for finished app

In the rules, it says that the app must pass testing for the iPhone and Android marketplaces, but it also states:

"Submissions may be designed for internet browsers, smartphones, feature phones, social media platforms, or as native Windows or Macintosh applications."

Just to clarify, does this mean that the final product can be developed for any of the above platforms, but IF and ONLY IF the app is designed for iPhone or Android, it must pass respective marketplace requirements?

    Hello.

Yes, you are correct. The application must pass each of the respective marketplace requirements. U.S. DOL will also evaluate each of the submissions and determine its validity and reliability.
